With 28 years with a State regulatory agency, I have experience in both technical and policy areas of regulated utilities. I have brought together and managed multi-disciplinary teams to research and develop public policy regarding technical, social, economic and financial issues.
From 2001 to early 2009 I led teams developing policy and public comments on telecommunications issues on both the state and national level.
Since Spring of 2009 I have been working in the areas of Energy Assurance and System Relaibility and the development of Smart Grid interoperability standards.
Deep expertise in electric, natural gas and telecommunciations policy. My work is cross-discipline between public policy, accounting, finance, economics and engineering.
